Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in R10 Academy programs or using our services, you (parent/guardian and student) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our academy services
Services Provided
R10 Academy offers comprehensive football training programs including:
- Youth football coaching for ages 4-17
- Skill development programs across different age groups
- Competition and tournament participation
- Residential academy facilities
- IFA Youth League trial preparations
- Performance analysis and player development
- Fitness and mental conditioning programs
Student and Parent Responsibilities
Student Responsibilities:
- Attend training sessions regularly and punctually
- Follow academy rules, discipline policies, and coaching instructions
- Maintain respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow students
- Wear appropriate training gear and safety equipment during sessions
- Inform coaches of any injuries or health concerns immediately
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Ensure timely payment of fees and charges
- Inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements
- Collect students punctually after training sessions
- Support academy policies and communicate respectfully with staff
Health and Safety
- All students must undergo a medical fi tness assessment before enrollment
- Students with pre-existing medical conditions must provide medical clearance
- The academy maintains appropriate insurance coverage for training activities
- Parents must inform the academy of any changes in the student’s health status
- Emergency contact information must be kept current at all times
Training Policies
- Regular attendance is essential for skill development and team participation
- Make-up sessions may be arranged for excused absences, subject to availability
- Students may be suspended or dismissed for serious misconduct or repeated violations
- Academy reserves the right to modify training schedules based on weather, facility availability, or other circumstances
Fees and Payment Terms
- All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule
- Late payment may result in suspension from training until fees are current
- Registration fees are non-refundable once the training program begins
- Additional charges may apply for tournaments, special events, or equipment
- Fee structures are subject to annual review and modifi cation with 30 days’ notice
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy:
- Monthly fees: Refundable if cancellation notice is given at least 7 days before the month begins
- Quarterly/Annual fees: Pro-rated refunds available for the unused portion, minus a processing fee
- Equipment, uniform, and registration fees are non-refundable
- Medical withdrawals require doctor’s certifi cate for refund consideration
- Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days
Cancellation Policy:
- Written notice must be provided to cancel enrollment
- 30 days advance notice required for program cancellation
- No refund for partial month attendance unless due to medical reasons
- Academy reserves the right to cancel programs due to insuffi cient enrollment
Liability and Insurance
- Parents acknowledge inherent risks associated with football training and activities
- Academy maintains liability insurance but recommends parents carry personal accident insurance
- Academy is not liable for personal property loss, damage, or theft
- Students participate in activities at their own risk, subject to academy safety protocols
Intellectual Property and Media
- Academy reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes
- Parents may opt out of media usage by providing written notice
- Academy training methods, curricula, and materials are proprietary
- Unauthorized recording or sharing of training content is prohibited
Data Protection and Privacy
Information Collection:
We collect personal information including student details, parent contact information, medical records, and emergency contacts to provide academy services effectively.
Use of Information:
- Processing enrollments and maintaining student records
- Communicating with parents regarding training, events, and academy updates
- Emergency contact purposes and medical care coordination
- Performance tracking and student development assessment
Data Security:
We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Modification of Terms
R10 Academy reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Signifi cant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians with at least 30 days’ notice through email or written notifi cation.
Code of Conduct
All academy participants must adhere to our code of conduct promoting:
- Respect for coaches, staff, and fellow students
- Fair play and sportsmanship
- Commitment to personal development and team goals
- Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from academy services will be addressed through:
- Direct discussion with academy management
- Formal written complaint process
- Mediation if required
- Resolution under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts
Force Majeure
Academy is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions or public health emergencies
- Facility unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
